This is a set of 3 vintage Liquore Strega "Cool Witch" cocktail glasses. These glasses were promotional tumblers and designed specifically for mixing and serving the "Cool Witch” cocktail.
The front of each glass features artwork from an original 1920s promotional ad by the classic Italian brand. The name "Strega" translates to "witch" in Italian, which is why the brand's advertisements often feature "witchy" or seductive women to promote their herbal "brew".
The back of the glasses include the recipe and measurements of the recipe. It indicates the correct amounts of ice, juice, gin and Strega needed for the cocktail. Liquore Strega is an Italian herbal liqueur produced in Benevento since 1860. Known as the "witches' liqueur," it features a distinctive bright yellow color from saffron.
These glasses were produced in Italy, by Cerve. They measure 5” tall and 3” at the mouth.
All are in excellent condition. There are no chips or scratches. The paint is vibrant.
