The roots of "James Grose" are in a retail store that opened in London in 1876, dealing in bicycle and motorcycle parts, accessories, and clothing. At the time, they mainly sold the original brand "JAGROSE." In the 1950s, they expanded their product range to include sporting goods and outdoor goods. They established a position in the British market, including opening the largest sports store in the country in northwest London. Later, they closed in the 1970s due to the recession, but were revived as a leatherwear brand. They reproduce the classic styles of the archives down to the details, and propose riders jackets with a slim silhouette and a modern finish.
