what I like about this coat is that it is oversized, and although, a medium would have been plenty big, I did wear a belt around the waist and I rolled up the cuffs. Fits up to ladies size 14 or juniors 15/16. For best fit ladies size 12. Tag is still on the coat and it has been worn a few times, therefore, It is not in new condition.  fits nice and looks nice with a variety of colored belts, if needed. Belts are not included.
